The free eligibility check has no payment and therefore no refund applies.
If your delivered shortlist is clearly not useful or does not match the purchased scope (for example, the tier you paid for was not delivered, or the opportunities listed are clearly ineligible given the profile you submitted), we will either:

Refunds do not apply because funding was not won, because an application was unsuccessful, or because a grant listed in the shortlist turned out not to fund your specific project after you applied. Grant Sprint provides funding intelligence — eligibility assessment and sourcing — not a guarantee of funding outcomes.
Grant Fit Check orders are delivered within 24 hours. Verified Shortlist and Pro Sprint orders are delivered within 48 hours. If delivery is significantly delayed beyond the stated window with no communication from us, that is eligible grounds for a refund request.
